My stay at the hotel was a bit of a nightmare due to the setup of the room, but the location was fabulous for exploring downtown Ventura. The service was dismissive at times, but the dining experience beat any other place I've stayed at.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious, away from any noise, with a lovely little covered patio. The service was top-notch, especially from the friendly front desk and breakfast servers, although there was a minor inconvenience with the water issue. The location was fabulous, just a short walk to both the beach and downtown area. Unfortunately, the dining experience was mediocre with limited options and some noise from passing trains.
