My stay at the hotel was a bit of a nightmare due to the setup of the room, but the location was fabulous for exploring downtown Ventura. The service was dismissive at times, but the dining experience beat any other place I've stayed at.

The service was top-notch, especially from the friendly front desk and breakfast servers, although there was a minor inconvenience with the water issue.
